Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Artisan Baker to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and merchandising artisan bakery products to promote optimal sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station, adhering to corporate and state sanitation regulations.
  • Follow production lists and ensure that all bread dough is mixed, fermented, and molded to corporate specifications.
  • Assist with and create customer special orders, utilizing bakery department equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
  • Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
