Positioned within the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, specifically in the Travel Services Division, Temporary Duty Services Branch.

As a Lead Financial Systems Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing a team of Financial Systems Analysts, Accountants, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and Office Automation Assistants, who deliver services to ARC temporary duty (TDY) travel clientele.

It is essential to fulfill the following criteria within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

Experience may be acquired in public, private sectors, or through volunteer work. One year of experience is defined as full-time employment; part-time work will be evaluated on a prorated basis.

Specialized Experience:

For the GS-13 level, candidates must possess one year of specialized experience at a GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, which has provided the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Specialized experience for this role encompasses ALL of the following:

1. Employing analytical methods such as researching, documenting, and observing operations to formulate comprehensive procedures; AND

2. Offering guidance and support to external clients; AND

3. Diagnosing and resolving issues within a travel system, charge card system, or accounting framework.

Additionally, candidates must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:

For the GS-13 level, candidates must have served at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
