Job Title: Radiographer II

OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiographer II to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiographer II to work in our Diagnostic X-Ray department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate standard and portable radiology equipment to perform radiographic examinations and fluoroscopy studies.
  • Assist physicians and perform specialized imaging procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems regarding equipment and/or film output.
  • Act as a resource and preceptor for other radiographers and/or students.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance radiology skills.
  • Maintain records, inventory, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Current certification in radiography as required by the department.
  • Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
  • ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI credentials in the radiologic technology specialty as required upon hire.
  • One (1) year full-time experience as a certified or registered radiologic technology professional.
Schedule Notes:

Work in ER/OR/ICU during assigned shifts.
