Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of caring nursing professionals. As a RN at Kensington Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a world-class, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying and addressing the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our care services
- Current RN licensure in the state of MD
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a post-acute care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
