Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Altland House Grill & Pub. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and put away dishes, glasses, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform limited machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and sanitary manner.
  • Assist with limited kitchen prep tasks, such as slicing, chopping, and stirring.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Arrive on-time and maintain a professional appearance, adhering to our company's dress code and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
  • Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves.
  • Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to remove trash and recyclables.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, requiring evening and weekend hours, including holidays. Premium holiday pay is available to those working on specified holidays.
