Special Requirements
Government Service
Individuals in this role who possess an active California real estate license must place that license on Government Service. The renewal rights of the license are protected while employed in a government position that presents a conflict of interest with holding an active real estate license. The licensee is prohibited from performing tasks requiring a California real estate license.

The Program Technician II should demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment in decision-making, creativity and flexibility in problem-solving, effective time and resource management, and responsiveness to DRE management needs. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to collaborate positively within a team are essential for this role. The incumbent must be proficient in using a personal computer, navigating various databases, and possess a thorough understanding of applicable applications. Due to the sensitive nature of the documents handled, confidentiality and discretion are paramount.
