Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Overnight Shift Columbus OH Plant

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aseptic liquid nutritional manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high-performance work team goals
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance, safety, and quality
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to maintenance staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance responsibility in a regulated industry, preferably in food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or cosmetics
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a plant maintenance environment
At Abbott Laboratories, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $48,000.00 - $96,000.00, depending on location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and occupational health programs, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a generous company match.
