We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Regency at Northpointe. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering quality resident care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess a current LPN license in good standing and have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with medication administration and nursing services, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
- Train and supervise staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Support residents in maintaining their dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality, creating a home-like environment that fosters comfort and well-being.
- Administer treatments, provide assistance with ADLs, and promote self-care and independence among residents, while adhering to state regulations.
- Review and update resident care documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate health emergencies and determine medical measures within the scope of LPN practice and state regulations.
- A current LPN license in good standing.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
