We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dedicated Support Associate at Health Advocates Network, Inc. This is a registry position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Related Services, Behavior Department, and Classroom staff to provide assistance as assigned to classroom staff in programming for specific students.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide written input on designated students as requested.
  • Communicate with parents, Programs staff, and non-Programs professionals in coordination with classroom staff and supervisor, when requested.
  • Assist in recording and reporting behavior data for assigned students.
  • Support individual, small, and large group instruction as directed by and coordinated with teachers.
  • Provide individualized instruction and supervision for students on and off-campus in areas assigned by supervisor and teaching staff.
  • Assist teachers in daily organizational planning, including organizing classroom furniture and equipment.
  • Supervise students to ensure safety at all times, including bus duty, playground duty, and off-campus activities.
  • Implement individual and classroom behavior programs as coordinated with other staff.
  • Assist with general tasks such as medication administration, data collection, and other relevant tasks as assigned by teachers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English), preferred.
  • Experience in special needs school environments, preferred.
