Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals, adhering to food safety guidelines and following dietary restrictions based on residents' needs.
• Deliver residents' meal carts, set and clean assigned dining area(s) to serve residents.
• Accurately record temperatures on refrigerators; clean and stock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes; adhering to overall sanitation and maintenance of the kitchen.

Requirements:

• 1 year food service experience preferred
• Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the community
• Has a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents, understanding their special needs
• Must be able to follow directions and follow through on assignments
• Ability to work with others as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
