Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Pride Global/Russell Tobin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client in the banking industry. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree (Associates/Bachelor's completed) or previous contact center experience/finance
