The Investment Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Investment Strategy Team, which encompasses three primary functions: Investment Strategy, Investment Communications, and Investment Platform. This position offers a comprehensive understanding of multi-asset class portfolio development, manager evaluation, investment communication, data analysis, and client management support. It is ideal for candidates with foundational research experience and strong analytical capabilities who are eager to engage in investment-related activities within a growing Private Wealth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data to assist in the preparation of materials for business development and client management.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses on investment and economic topics to enhance the Group's content, including whitepapers, presentations, and webinars.
- Engage in manager research and due diligence initiatives.
- Contribute to and deliver investment-related communications with appropriate guidance.
- Assist the team with various ad-hoc projects and requests.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis tools such as Bloomberg, Factset, or Morningstar.
- Completion of Series 7 and 66 exams is preferred.
The salary range for this position is competitive and reflective of the candidate's qualifications and experience. This range is applicable for roles based in New York City and may be adjusted based on various factors including education, experience, and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
