Qualifications
  • Must possess or obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
  • Must obtain, within 45 days of hire, a General Lines Life, Accident, Health, and HMO TX Insurance license
  • Driven and committed to achieving success
  • Meet or surpass premium targets established with your Agent
  • Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and professionalism
  • Pass a criminal and financial background screening
