Warehouse Operations Specialist

CM3 Building Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers as needed.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
- Prepare parcels for mailing and assist in the operation of forklifts and stake body trucks.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries, supplies, and pick-ups, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills may be required.
- OSHA safety training.
This position operates in an environment that may contain dust, noise, oils, greases, grinding debris, compressed air, metal shavings, propane, and solvents.
Physical Demands- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
- Operation of forklifts and stake body trucks.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
This is a full-time position with standard days and hours of work from Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. No travel is required for this position.
Criminal background check, PA Child Welfare clearance, and FBI fingerprinting clearance are required for this position.
