About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team at Providence Home and Community Care (HCC). In this part-time position, you will work closely with patients and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language and swallowing disorders.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patients' communication and quality of life, leveraging your expertise to develop personalized treatment plans and provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech-language and swallowing disorders
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications
* Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California
* National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
* Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist preferred

Pay Range
$51.23 - $81.09 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
