Key Responsibilities:
  • Ascend to heights and perform tasks using appropriate safety measures
  • Lift heavy objects weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Navigate various construction environments
  • Conduct setup and cleanup at job sites
  • Provide general labor assistance as necessary

Essential Skills:
  • Maintain HVAC systems effectively
  • Diagnose HVAC work orders through communication with tenants, both over the phone and in person
  • Repair and replace thermostats as needed
  • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC problems
  • Replace basic components within furnaces or outdoor condenser units
  • Maintain accurate records and time logs of work performed at each site
  • Communicate efficiently with management, tenants, and fellow maintenance technicians
  • Installation of equipment is required for top-tier pay

Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction principles
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in recharging outdoor condenser units
  • Familiarity with mini-split systems is preferred but not mandatory
  • HVAC certification is preferred
