About the Role

Candex, a rapidly growing private global B2B fintech company, is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing effective go-to-market materials, content, processes, stories, and materials to drive revenue and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide easy-to-find, effective content that drives additional sales and expansions.
    • Create Simple and Effective Content: Develop compelling customer-facing content, presentations, and materials to communicate our value proposition clearly.
    • Organize Selling Materials: Make it easy for our teams to find the right materials for the situations they encounter and ensure they know how to use them.
    • Spearhead RFP / RFI Strategies: Work with sales to co-develop best practices to handle RFP / RFIs.
  • Analyze Client and Product Metrics: Utilize data to create action-oriented plans to grow our clients, track the effectiveness of targeted campaigns and product upgrades.
  • Develop PLG Strategies: Figure out new ways to have our product expand on its own within our clients.
  • Optimize Communication Plans: Study and improve current client communication plans to drive additional adoption, including updates on new, relevant product enhancements.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing resources to manage Internet positioning, content strategies, videos, case studies, events, etc.
  • Develop Training Materials: Collaborate with all other Candex functions to develop materials that the organization and the clients can use for training.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product marketing, product, and/or management consulting experience.
  • Ability to drive results by collaborating cross-functionally between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, sales, and account management.
  • Experience developing customer viewpoints through conversations and data.
