We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Research Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients in labor, including monitoring fetal heart rates and providing emotional support
- Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field
