Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze monthly reports from various plant locations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and complete journal entries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compile and present reports in Excel, highlighting key findings and trends.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and able to complete tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel and other relevant software.
