Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and monitoring of the department strategy and operational plans.
  • Organize and enable maximum effectiveness of the leadership team.
  • Provide expertise in operational excellence, applying GSK policy, process, and enterprise support services to enable the aligned department to focus on high-value drug discovery and development activities.
  • Lead key activities to support the effective running of parts of the Precision Medicine business, working in close collaboration with other business operations support teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • 5+ years of project leadership and management skills.
  • 5+ years of working with change management approaches on a range of projects/programs at multiple organizational levels, including VP level and above.
  • 5+ years' experience creating/using data analytics to drive performance.
