Job Summary:

Snap Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our fitness community, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create customized exercise programs to meet the unique needs and goals of our members.
  • Provide expert guidance on proper exercise form, technique, and safety to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, providing ongoing support and motivation to help them reach their fitness objectives.
  • Collaborate with our sales and management teams to promote our fitness services and programs to new and existing members.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, driving business growth and success for Snap Fitness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized organization (e.g. NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA).
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
