The Assembly Operations Specialist role requires candidates to:

  • Perform basic manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, and packaging duties to assemble and ship select medical devices following company policies and procedures.
  • Operate machine setup with defined adjustments and notify supervisor of any problems.
  • Load and unload parts and cut and trim parts using established procedures and tools.
  • Inspect parts visually and using basic gauges (go/no-go).
  • Complete required paperwork, including labels, production logs, process results records, etc.

The Assembly Operations Specialist must sustain and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, complete material handling duties as needed to support production, and perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Assembly Operations Specialist role:

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Ability to maintain a 3:10pm-11:40pm schedule.

The starting pay rate for the Assembly Operations Specialist is $15.60 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
