Job SummaryThe Director of Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of procedures to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. This role requires a strong nursing professional with leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities- Develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes to promote optimum healthcare delivery
- Direct the implementation of Standards of Care and ensure compliance
- Monitor profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control
- Adjust staffing and resources to optimize operations and streamline costs
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, Master's degree preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid Texas RN License (current state registration)
- BLS certification
- At least 5 years of work experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity
