Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial planning process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead the FP&A team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of financial plans
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with integrated ERP-BI systems, such as Microsoft AX, SAP, or Oracle
