We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Nando's Peri-Peri. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
- Manage the flow of guests in the dining room, ensuring that tables are turned over efficiently and that guests are seated in a timely manner.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
