About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Admissions RN to join our team at Providence Home and Community Care (HCC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct healthcare services to Hospice patients and their families in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent clinical expertise throughout the nursing process
  • Handle admissions for Hospice patients
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements
  • Graduate of a school of nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • 2 years of Nursing experience preferred
  • 1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology experience preferred
