Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise patients in groups and one-on-one, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan and participate in group and individual activities with patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Support patients who are upset or aggressive, using approved positive therapeutic techniques.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, and hygiene.
  • Document changes in patients' behavior, vital signs, sleep patterns, food intake, and hygiene.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; all training provided by experienced staff.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion and empathy for patients with behavioral and mental health issues.
