Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, providing individualized behavioral therapy and support.
- Manage and train RBTs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Supervise and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and research, incorporating new techniques and strategies into treatment plans.
Requirements:
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
