Job Title: Primary Therapist

Job Summary:
Advantage Behavioral Health is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide clinical services to clients struggling with development of coping skills and emotional regulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse and mental health treatment, with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
Assess the counseling needs of clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and provide coordination of support services
Document all client records and counseling services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address crisis-oriented issues

Requirements:
Associate licensed therapist minimum, ideally fully licensed
