The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, with opportunities for increased earning potential. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision & life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, 401(k), paid time off, cell phone allowance, and mileage reimbursement.

Key Requirements:
  • Record patient vitals accurately according to standard medical protocols
  • Provide necessary assistance with daily living activities during each visit, such as mobility, transferring, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating or toileting
  • Maintain thorough clinical notes for all visits
  • Communicate changes in patient condition and needs to the registered nurse

To succeed in this role, candidates must have current nursing assistant certification in the State of Louisiana, current CPR Certification, and previous experience in home health. Reliable transportation and excellent time management skills are also essential.
