Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $27.19 to $35.48 per hour, depending on experience, with a shift premium of $1.50 per hour. Our benefits package includes a starting sign-on bonus of $2000 in four installments of $500 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Benefits start one month after the 60th day of employment. Additionally, we offer career growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair various equipment, including presses, hydraulic systems, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve safety, quality, and process improvement goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical college certificate/diploma or at least 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferred.
  • Willingness to attend classes and/or seminars on new technology or maintenance-related skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse personality types.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer experience in programs such as SAP and Excel.
  • Knowledge of WCM tools and/or experience.
  • Understanding of Key Performance Indicators for the maintenance department.
