Our Franchise is looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in demanding environments, enjoys engaging with new people, possesses excellent communication abilities, and excels at supervising a team. If so, you may be the ideal candidate for this position.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols.
  • Respond to service requests, establish efficient workflows, and coordinate job requirements.
  • Document job progress and supervise production activities from initiation to completion.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety standards on-site.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both commercial and residential clients, as well as insurance representatives.

Key Duties:

  • Clarify processes and address customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate clear expectations to team members and oversee their tasks.
  • Execute production tasks as scheduled while ensuring quality control.
  • Identify safety risks and implement measures to protect workers and clients.
  • Quickly resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation for comprehensive project details.
  • Control production costs effectively.
  • Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, tools, and storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in demolition, construction, or restoration preferred.

  • Availability for night and weekend shifts, with bonus compensation for on-call restoration duties.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to various chemicals.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
