Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of production operations at Sterling Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, improve quality, and increase production capacity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction to optimize production processes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations leaders, providing mentorship, training, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives at the processing center.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall success.
  • Manage budgets for the Processing Center, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
