About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Specialist to join our team at Peloton. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive orientations on Peloton products to customers
  • Assemble and stage products and accessories in customers' homes
  • Install hardware and troubleshoot issues in customers' homes
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained fleet vehicle
  • Manage delivery routes and communicate with customers prior to delivery
  • Adhere to and prioritize Peloton's standards of safety for yourself, your team members, and customers on and off the road
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
