Job Summary:

Delta-T Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide residential rehabilitation services to clients in need of behavioral health support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory and evidence-based practice to promote health and medical stability.

Responsibilities:

- Provide registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated sites.
- Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory and evidence-based practice to promote health and medical stability.
- Provide training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness, and medical stability as well as to staff.
- Direct the practice of the LPN and/or CMA's on the unit.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated accountability and skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, related to medical nursing skills and time management required.
- The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with families, clients, staff, and physicians is a must.
