The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a full-time in-clinic position where you'll work closely with the medical director to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation.
As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead systemic change in healthcare delivery while working with a true team. Our practices offer smaller panel sizes, no billing or coding, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
What You'll Do- Provide best-in-class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Partner with the care team to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
- Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
- Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Current licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
- Board Certification.
