Responsibilities:
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Document and report resident observations, including changes in physical, mental, or behavioral conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and physical comfort to residents, promoting a safe and caring environment.
  • Supervise Care Partners and Home Health Aides in providing resident care, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and Artis guidelines.
  • Assist in marketing the community by touring and participating in public relation events, establishing relationships with potential resident referral sources.
  • Support resident move-ins and relocations, helping them acclimate to their new surroundings and community personnel.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) designation as granted by State Board of Nursing.
  • Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
