Vaco is partnering with a national leading consulting firm to find a Financial Services Manager to join one of its reputable teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements and work flows for clients within various industries
  • Develop detailed engagement plans, budgets and schedules
  • Review income tax returns
  • Review client documentation and work papers for accuracy and compliance
  • Supervise staff assigned to engagements
  • Manage and develop team members through mentorship
  • Assist in scoping or onboarding new clients
Qualifications:
  • CPA
  • Prior public accounting and audit experience
  • Excellent skillsets in general accounting and auditing including knowledge in US GAAP
  • Prior income tax preparation, including partnerships corporations and individuals a plus
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Must be personable and willing to communicate with and visit clients in-person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs/ Excel
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and research abilities
