Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and assign diagnoses based on current scientific research
- Establish and implement care plans in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the educational development of staff, patients, and self
- Participate in peer review and continuing education to advance professional development
Requirements:
- Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in GI Oncology or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
