Job Title: Central Sterilization Supervisor

At Access Dubuque, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Sterilization Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the sterilization process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Lead and develop a team of sterilization technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of sterilization services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sterilization services with other hospital functions.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, including inventory management and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
