True Team Medical is seeking a therapist with mental health clinical training and experience to join our Chatham County MST Team. This is an evidenced-based program that focuses on well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families.

As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will blend the best clinical treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy modalities within the MST model. You will perform assessments of family strengths and needs, define problematic behaviors, and implement a treatment plan according to MST Standards.

You will empower parents and caregivers with the skills and resources needed to independently address difficulties that arise in raising adolescents and empower youth to cope with family, peer, school, and neighborhood problems.

Sessions are typically conducted in the family's home/community setting. Therapists must be able to provide on-call 24-hour coverage. Therapists work a flexible schedule based on the family's availability, school meeting, and court hearing schedules. Therapists carry an average caseload of 6 clients.

Must be License Eligible.
