Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service through offering a clean, safe, and friendly store. Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
  • Ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside of the store at all times.
  • Documenting equipment and building maintenance issues and escalating unsafe situations to management.
  • Retail: Maintaining a good visual presentation of retail products and educating customers about our offerings.
  • Wash/Dry/Fold: Providing consistent quality products to customers while completing orders with care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems (a plus but not required).
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
