Sugarbush Resort Night Auditor Job Description

Resort Overview:

Sugarbush Resort is a year-round destination offering exceptional skiing and riding experiences, an award-winning ski school, mountain biking, golf, disc golf, and a fully appointed Health and Recreation Center.

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Clay Brook, a four-star luxury slope side residency at the heart of Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak Village.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet owners/guests, answer phones, and check owners/guests in/out
  • Provide information about the resort and the Mad River Valley
  • Process charges in selling resort products/services
  • Respond to owner/guest needs, balance owner/guest accounts, and work with the resort's information systems and different departments
Qualifications:
  • Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate
  • A professional personality is essential to this important service role
  • Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position
