Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services, including individual, group, and family-based psychological interventions, to children and adolescents with mental health issues.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide training and supervision to residents, medical students, and psychology interns/postdoctoral fellows.
- Collaborate with professionals from multiple systems of care, including mandated reporting agencies.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of California, or license eligible.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA and/or PCSAS accredited training program and internship.
- At least 2 years' experience working and/or training in an outpatient setting.
- Specific training and experience in child and adolescent psychopathology and/or pediatric psychology.
- Knowledge of basic psychological principles and evidence-based practices.
- Experience in collaborating with professionals from multiple systems of care, including mandated reporting agencies.
- Specific training/experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent management training (PMT), exposure and response prevention, and/or family-based interventions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical training and supervision to residents, medical students, and psychology interns/postdoctoral fellows.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
