Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Sales Agent, your primary focus will be on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing clients.
- Generate new business while maintaining current accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and achieve production goals.
- Ensure accurate handling of all financial transactions and timely deposit submissions with proper documentation.
- Quickly establish rapport with clients; educate and guide them in selecting the insurance products that best meet their needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Preferred Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (not mandatory)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Ambitious professional motivated by growth opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
