To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

  • At Least 1 Year of Paid Caregiving Experience: Proven experience in caregiving, preferably in a home health care setting
  • 30 Hours or More of Availability per Week: Be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • Passion for Caring: A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Own Vehicle: Have access to a reliable vehicle for transporting clients
  • Empathy, Patience, Kindness, and Respect: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care
