Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Investigations Unit Team Lead to oversee a team of coordinators, schedule and coordinate field investigations, and ensure quality and accuracy in report preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of SIU coordinators, scheduling and coordinating field investigations, and monitoring assignments.
  • Review and edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients, create invoices, and monitor costs.
  • Train new coordinators and communicate with other departments to provide updates.
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers compensation claims. Strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and research skills are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
