Qualifications

Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in the State of Alabama. A minimum of three years of experience in long-term care settings is preferred. CPR certification is required within the first month of employment.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to navigate throughout the facility during working hours.
  • Capacity to manage mental and emotional challenges.
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver objects as needed.
  • Adequate vision and hearing, with or without corrective devices.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
