  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
