Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
